5. Client Responsibilities
5.1. You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials secure.
5.2. You are responsible for ensuring you have the technical ability (hardware, software, internet connection) to access the services.

6. Refund Policy
6.1. You may request a refund within
7 calendar days from the start of the service (first webinar session or course access) if:
- The service was not delivered;
- Technical issues, caused by us, made it impossible to use the service;

6.2. Refund requests must be sent by email to

6.3. Approved refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for purchase within
14 business days.
6.4. No refunds are provided for pre-recorded courses after access has been granted, except in cases of technical defects.
